All lawyers, academicians, legal professionals are eligible to apply for membership. The annual subscription fees is different for varied sub-categories and can be perused in the application form.
Upaay may admit organisations, associations and independent private bodies which are also non-profit and working in similar sphere. The annual subscription fees is 5000 INR.
Upaay may admit Government Members who are states, persons that are government agencies or entities, or individuals employed by such agencies or entities. The annual subscription fees is 5000 INR.
Upaay may admit Corporate Members who are companies/persons/entities owning a trademark or other mark related to the field of ADR, working actively in ADR or opting for ADR mechanisms within their realm, MSMEs, non-profit organisations working in the field of ADR, Universities and academic Institutions imparting legal knowledge. The Association may reduce subscription fees for MSMEs, some academic institutions and non-profits to half. The annual subscription fees is 15000 INR.
Any law student who has not been enrolled as an advocate in any Bar can apply for membership under this category. The annual subscription fees is 500 INR.
Upaay may invite persons distinguished in ADR, judiciary, commerce or finance who have rendered public service, and who shall not be required to sign, pay subscription etc for this.
